Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Period: 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition
  • Security tags must remain intact (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free returns for defective or non-conforming items
  • Paid returns for non-defective items (shipping cost borne by customer)

Return Process:

  1. Contact support@mayconfrtcontact.com with your order number
  2. Receive a prepaid return label (for defects)
  3. Ship the item to our return address
  4. Refund processed within 14-21 days of receipt

Refund Details:

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds (except for product defects).
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Exceptional Delays: Return timeframes may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control (supplier delays, customs, etc.)
